Use Stay Close - Care Anywhere when:

1. You’re far away, and thinking about family at home: Did Mom go for her walk this morning, is she active as normal?

2. Your loved ones are thinking about you: Mom knows you’re 10 km away from home this morning, so you must be at work (or school) and doing fine. Or, if she can call now - if your phone is charged, and if you’re on WiFi.

3. Someone’s on the road: Did she land safely in New York? Is she now at the airport, or in Manhattan? How’s the weather there? No need to juggle calls while hailing a cab, or type out an SMS to say you’ve reached ok: Stay Close automatically lets your family know when you land.

The Stay Close - Care Anywhere app lets you:

* Add your family & loved ones on iOS and other platform with just their mobile number.
* Stay close: keep in touch, privately see and share data in a trusted family network.
* Share activity data with loved ones: Share health and fitness activity from Apples Health app with those who care fro you.
* Get alerted: you’re notified if a loved one’s activity levels suddenly drop.
* Share happy moments: Send a touch, video message and know when to call.


PRIVATE & DISCREET.
What it doesn’t do is even more important. Stay Close - Care Anywhere:
* Does not let anyone from your trusted network see your information, without them agreeing to share their own data.
* Does not ask you to manually type in status updates, or enter any information: all updates are automatic, without any extra manual input.
* Does not share your exact location like common family locator apps: with your permission, only your broad neighborhood (and you can turn this off too).
* Does not share their exact step count (this is not a fitness activity monitor), just when they were last active.

Disclaimer: Continued usage of location services while the app is in the background can excessively drain battery.

Please also note, we ask for permission to use location and some phone data to tell you how your family is doing, and vice versa.

Also, steps and run/bike activity data requires Apples Health app.
